The Final Declaration of the Agriculture and Forestry Council was announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Accordingly; 
1) Agriculture and forestry policies; 
2) Establishing a 
guiding support system based on production, quality, accessible prices and sustainability, focusing on active farmers, improving the structure of the agricultural sector, protecting natural resources and the environment, covering a period of at least three years, 
3) Planning activities by defining small, medium and large-scale enterprises in agricultural enterprises, 
4) Ensuring agricultural production planning, which is based on sustainability, efficiency and competition principles, and providing maximum benefit from unit water, by turning it into a state policy, 
5) Accelerating land consolidation and classification projects and completing them within ten years, preparing agricultural land use plans based on soil information system, 
6) Creating and spreading alternative models such as land banking and co-production to bring idle agricultural lands into production, solving the problem of transfer in agricultural lands by developing inheritance legislation, 
7) Eliminating the risks that may arise in the long term, ensuring product diversity, continuity in foreign trade, reducing product costs and most importantly, encouraging strategic production in foreign countries in terms of geopolitical politics, land Continuing the leasing, providing institutional infrastructure for international agricultural and forest activities, 
8) Establishing a digital value chain from seed to table by effective cooperation with all relevant institutions and organizations, conducting agricultural census and creating an updatable database,

10) Increasing the products within the scope of Licensed Warehousing of Agricultural Products, developing the system, expanding the trade of electronic product certificates created based on agricultural products by licensed warehouse enterprises, 
11) Supporting entrepreneurship in women and young people to ensure the sustainability of family businesses, 
12) Encouraging local drug and vaccine production in effective combat against plant and animal diseases, 
13) Reaching international averages in calf mortality and fertility statistics, 
14) Encouraging small ruminant meat consumption in the red meat sector and increasing its market share, 
15) Increasing the studies for the preservation and improvement of our local breeds with public improvement and similar projects in small and large ruminant farming, 
16) To be able to carry out pasture services, to urgently complete the determination and limitation of areas with pasture characteristics, to allocate them to producers and producer organizations, to encourage the development of plant seeds to be used in pasture improvement, 
17) To restructure neighborhoods in metropolitan municipalities as rural and urban, to protect the village legal entity structure in rural neighborhoods, to coordinate rural life with a holistic and integrated perspective within the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, 
18) To develop the fish processing sector in aquaculture, to support marketing and brand registration, to increase export and domestic consumption, 
19) To increase production and productivity with alternative aquaculture species in aquaculture and hunting within the framework of sustainability principles, 
 

20) To increase agricultural productivity and to use resources more effectively by integrating information technology into the agricultural sector and to disseminate Smart Agriculture Applications, to increase the number of farmers/engineers/intermediate personnel trained in Smart Agriculture by implementing special programs, 
21) To continue the studies to disseminate the use of certified seeds, 
22) To protect, develop and trade ancestral (local) seed varieties, which are the local treasure of our country, 
23) In order to ensure food and feed safety, public health, plant health, animal health and welfare, effective traceability in the entire chain from seed to table and increasing the effectiveness of the control system,
24) Effective use of meteorological information, the importance of which has increased with climate change in agriculture and forestry, at every stage of production, increasing activities to monitor and research the effects of climate change and developing action plans to prevent possible effects, 
25) Ensuring the use, protection and monitoring of soil and water resources within the framework of sustainable management principles, 
26) Enacting the Water Law in order to manage our country's water resources more effectively and efficiently and to provide the necessary legal infrastructure, 

27) Completion of new irrigation investments and rehabilitation projects in the next 25 years, ensuring the effective and efficient use of water in agriculture, 
28) Establishing a new institutional infrastructure that will include the public, private sector and universities for more effective use of resources in R& 
D and innovation, 
29) Increasing the work to identify, protect, improve and disseminate indigenous genetic resources and biodiversity in agriculture and forestry, 
30) and forest products, completion of quality and standardization studies, expansion of certification studies, 
31) Supporting brand, quality, standardization, promotion and incentive studies in order to increase export revenues of agricultural, food and forestry products grown in our country and in high demand in international markets to the desired levels, carrying out promotional activities of products for which we are the leaders in world production at a professional level and increasing their market shares, 
32) Expanding occupational health and safety practices in agriculture and forestry, 
33) Evaluating all legislation related to agriculture and forestry in a holistic manner, establishing a simple and non-contradictory legislation structure, 
34) Renewing our registration, transportation, animal markets and slaughterhouse infrastructure, ensuring effective control in animal movements, 
35) Supporting and expanding contracted plant and animal production models that meet agricultural input and financing needs, 
36) Increasing efficiency in bee product production and diversifying value-added bee products, expanding training on products other than honey, increasing their consumption,
37) Increasing the number of recycling facilities to achieve the zero waste target in waste management, R&D studies for the evaluation of waste, Supporting GE projects, 
38) Increasing market diversity with geographically indicated products, branding and value-added production, reviewing the governance and inspection processes of geographical indications and completing the legislation, 
39) Completing the land registry registration of forests whose cadastres have been finalized, and resolving ownership problems experienced in the determination and determination of places to be removed from the forest border (2/B), 
40) Completing the national forest inventory in line with international standards, 
41) Making our country a forest sapling production and marketing center in the international arena,
