Finally, the Common Profile Management screen with CRM (Customer Relations Management) content prepared by the Information Technology Department has been put into operation in cooperatives.
With the system where all information about cooperative partners can be seen and transactions can be made from the same dynamic screen, and where there are many guidance, warnings and reminders, cooperative employees' work processes regarding partners will be shortened. The system, which will also affect corporate performance, will also save time and labor.

Prepared by collecting information and suggestions from the field

The Partner Profile Management System was developed with feedback collected as a result of the workshops and cooperative field visits held by the Information Technology Department. With the system put into operation, business processes related to cooperative partners will be carried out more quickly and easily from a single point.

Artificial intelligence studies are being carried out

Studies planned to be put into effect in the future regarding the system are ongoing. In the current state of the system, in the crediting phase; it has been ensured that many results such as making decisions by obtaining all kinds of detailed information about the person, payment habits and having an idea about the reliability of the credit can be seen at the same time. It has been made possible to produce instant strategies from accounting and sales data. On the management screen where the insurance guidance specific to the person is made; artificial intelligence studies are being carried out to access information about farmers who are not partners with external institution internet services and to make fast partner registration with a single click and to create systemic decision-support mechanisms.

The system, which was developed with the suggestions and demands collected during cooperative visits, has attracted great interest since its launch. In the project, where a lot of feedback was received regarding the satisfaction of cooperative employees, staff opinions and suggestions are evaluated instantly and updates are made quickly.
