Aiming to provide 2 million food packages containing local, additive-free and natural agricultural products produced by our farmers with their own labor, in line with the demands of institutions and citizens, Türkiye Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri has also prepared food packages and shopping assistance cards for individuals and institutions who want to increase the abundance of the month of Ramadan by sharing them.
 

Dr. Fahrettin Poyraz, General Manager of Türkiye Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri, said that they provide food packages containing agricultural products produced with the sweat of our farmers in line with the demands of institutions and citizens.

Stating that the Tarım Kredi food packages received great interest from institutions and citizens last year, Poyraz said, “This year, there will be the opportunity to shop at the Tarım Kredi Kooperatif Markets with the shopping cards ( Koopkart ) prepared for both our charitable citizens and institutions .”

Evaluating the corporate sales activities of Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri, the volume of which is increasing day by day, Poyraz stated that they currently meet the food or agricultural input needs of approximately 1,500 institutions across the country, especially the Ministry of National Defense, General Directorate of Foundations, provincial organizations of ministries, municipalities, universities and prisons.

General Manager Poyraz said that within the framework of institutional collaborations, approximately 1,300,000 food packages with the brand “Agricultural Credit” were prepared and presented to governorships, district governorships, municipalities and social aid organizations in 2020.

Expressing that they are working with the same effort in 2021 within the framework of increasing cooperation with institutions and the appreciation of our citizens, Poyraz said, “The food packages we have prepared in cooperation with our subsidiaries will be finalized and will continue to be delivered to our institutions and citizens throughout 2021. It is aimed to present 2,000,000 food packages to our institutions and citizens this year.”

Ramadan Month Shopping Cards

Pointing out that especially during the upcoming month of Ramadan, while the food package demands of institutions across our country will be met, food packages can also be supplied from Kooperatif Markets and Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri across the country, Poyraz noted the following;

“In addition, both our charitable citizens and institutions will be able to obtain the Ramadan shopping cards ( Koopkart ) that we have prepared and distribute them to our citizens. Our cards have been prepared as 150 TL and 250 TL, but our citizens will be able to load any amount they want onto the card. As the Türkiye Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri, our goal is to bring together our institutions and citizens with our local products kneaded with the labor of Turkish farmers, to purchase these products from our farmers, finalize them and offer them to our consumers.”
