Standing by the country’s farmers in every aspect of agricultural production, Türkiye Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri, in addition to input supply, also produce added value by evaluating the handcrafted products of our farmers within the scope of “Corporate Sales” activities. Local and national agricultural products are processed by TK Birlik A.Ş., a subsidiary of Tarım Kredi Holding, and the food needs of hundreds of institutions across the country are met.
Taking responsibility at every stage of the production chain from seed to table so that our citizens can access healthy and reliable food, Türkiye Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri continue to provide service to institutions requesting food packages within the scope of their corporate sales activities. Food packages containing products such as chickpeas, beans, rice, bulgur, lentils, sunflower oil, tomato paste, tea, flour, olives, pasta, etc. are delivered under the Tarım Kredi brand to hundreds of institutions such as governorships, district governorships, municipalities, and social aid organizations.
Target 1,500,000 food parcels
In cooperation with TK Birlik and TK Pazarlama ve Market , with the corporate sales activities increasing day by day, Tarım Kredi reached 1,250,000 food parcels for 2020 and is moving forward with firm steps towards the target of 1,500,000 by the end of 2021.
Customer satisfaction is at the forefront
The cooperation of the widespread organizational network and affiliates of Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri, planning studies focused on “customer satisfaction” continue in 2022. While the targeted food package sales in the new year will increase the corporate sales volume on the one hand, more products will be purchased from our farmers within the scope of product evaluation activities on the other. In this direction, a food package planning workshop was organized hosted by TK Birlik in order to carry out the 2022 food package sales process in a more coordinated manner and to start project planning and market/competitor analysis now.
The year 2021 was evaluated in the workshop
The workshop was attended by the Head of Central Union Marketing Department İlyas Kılıç, Corporate Sales Manager Yasin Dursun, TK Birlik General Manager Mehmet Güneş, TK Holding Representatives, Regional Union Assistant Managers, Kooperatif and Institution Managers. Presentations were made by the Corporate Sales and Customer Relations Department and TK Birlik. With the evaluation of 2021; consultations were held on issues such as ensuring strong communication in order to carry out the process in a coordinated manner, new corporate customer acquisition studies, determination of box contents, fast and competitive pricing, studies to be carried out regarding corporate promotion, reminders and courtesy visits to institutions to increase sales.
