Dr. Onur AYDIN

He successfully completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe University, Department of American Culture and Literature, Maltepe University, Master of Business Administration with Thesis, and Koç University Business EMBA Graduate education.

He was awarded a Doctorate degree in the field of Public Relations and Promotion from Maltepe University.

In 2007, he started his career at HMSHost Inc., which operates in the Food and Beverage sector in the USA.

Between 2008 and 2016, Turkish Airlines A.O. He worked in Ground Management, Human Resources, Training, Internal Legislation and Corporate Development units respectively.

In his role as the Special Office Manager of the Board of Directors, in addition to his activities as the General Secretary of the Board of Directors, he led the centralization of internal legislation processes in the parent company and subsidiaries by moving them to digital and the Senior Management reporting projects.

As of 2016, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Q F&B Food Investments within Atasay Holding. He carried out the group's corporate transformation and sustainability studies. He managed the corporate transformation, industrial relations and cost management processes of the parent company and subsidiaries located in the Middle East and Europe in the group, which expanded abroad with 6 brands and continued operations in 11 countries as of 2018. He served as the responsible manager of the Cost Optimization, Information Technologies, Human Resources, Food Safety & Quality Departments during the Turquality program preparation and accreditation process of the group's Huqqa brand.

He continues his career as the Human Resources Group President of Tarım Kredi Holding as of December 2020, and continues to serve as the top manager of Human Resources, Corporate Development, Operational Excellence and Corporate Communications of 18 Subsidiaries within the Tarım Kredi Group. He leads the Group's Digital Transformation, Lean Organization, HR Information Systems, Employer Brand and Employee Culture development projects.

He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tarım Kredi Teknoloji A.Ş., where he was elected to the Board of Directors as of April 2022, and as a Member of the Board of Directors at TK Tarım Kredi Pazarlama ve Marketçilik A.Ş., where he was elected to the Board of Directors as of May 2024.

He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance. He successfully completed his postgraduate education at Marmara University, Middle East Institute, Middle East USA with his thesis titled “Agricultural Sector in the Context of Comparison of Turkish and Syrian Economy”.

He joined the Ministry of Treasury and Finance in 2004 and was appointed as an Assistant Tax Inspector in 2006 with a professional exam. He started working as a Tax Inspector after passing the proficiency exam in 2009. During his duty, he carried out inspections, investigations and tax audits in various sectors.

He worked as Group Vice President in the Istanbul units of the Tax Inspection Board.

He worked in the academic, administrative and financial institutions of the University of Health Sciences in 2015-2016.

He resigned while last working as Chief Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.

He continues his career as Head of Audit Group at Tarım Kredi Holding as of August 2024.

He graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Business Administration in English in 2005. He completed the "Industrial R& D and Technology Management" postgraduate program at

Warwick University. Between 2005-2009, he worked as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte Türkiye office on independent audit projects of local and international companies.

Between 2009-2011, he worked as a Senior Analyst in the Financial Decision Support units of Vodafone and Türk Telekom-Avea companies, between 2011-2016, he worked as a project manager responsible for subsidiaries within Turkish Airlines AO, and during this period, as the Chief Financial Officer at the Group's subsidiaries MNG Teknik A.Ş. and THY Teknik A.Ş.

He provided consultancy services to various companies in the aviation field between 2016-2019, and worked as the Corporate Finance Manager at Istanbul Airport in 2019, and since 2019, as the Deputy General Manager responsible for global operations of financial affairs at Q Food & Beverage Group, which operates in the food and beverage sector .

He holds a Capital Markets Corporate Governance Rating license and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, and as of September 2021, he was appointed as the Finance Group President of Tarım Kredi Holding.
